Sam co-founded REAI with Neil Bannon and Cillian O’Reilly, Sam oversees the development of the internal data systems and manages the output of data for the creation of consultancy reports for Ireland’s largest Institutional Investors, funding bodies, and retailers.. Clients include Irish Life, Shaws Department Stores and Pradera, among many.

Sam is a Surveyor in the Professional Services & Development Land Division. Led by Paul Doyle, he undertakes a range of valuations on an ongoing basis for the country’s main lending institutions and developers. Sam also works on the acquisition and dispoal of assets for a variety of clients including religious organisations large investors and developers. . These instructions range from single occupier properties to multi-million euro portfolios across a diverse range of property sectors.

Sam was awared Ireland’s 30 under 30 by the Irish Times for his entrepreneurial ventures, both “Club Nine”, a Sustainable Clothing Brand and Smartsite Media, an social media marketing company. He also represented Technological University Dublin as their Student Entrepreneur in the 2022 Irish Student Entrepreneur of the Year Awards where he finished in the top 5 students across Ireland,

Sam holds a BSc In Advertising & Marketing from TUD, and an MSc in Real Estate from same.
