Malachi joined REAI immediately following its inception in May 2025. Malachi oversees the key development of the internal systems for data analysis. This analysis is used to provide consultancy services to the country’s largest commercial landlords, institutional investors and retailers. Clients include, Irish Life, Shaw’s Department Stores and Pradera, among many.

Combining a strong foundation in finance and analytics, he has helped enhance the teams ability to explore data driven insights, whilst gaining exposure in the retail property market.

Malachi is a final year Business, Economics and Social Studies undergraduate student in Trinity College Dublin.
